• Be proactive about scheduling.
• All sessions are 30 minutes long each.
If you would like to schedule a longer session, please email me and I will share
what options are available.
Sessions that are extended longer are counted as follows:
45 minutes = 1.5 Sessions,
60 minutes = 2.0 Sessions.
• The optimal frequency is every week to two weeks at most, and then anything
over 14 days, we begin to lose momentum.
